About This Competition
Girls Gone Rx is excited to announce our third event of 2019 being hosted by WIT Training!
Our competitions are put on to bring all types of women together through Competing for a Cure.
Teams of 3 Badass Ladies: 4 Workouts. No qualifiers!
We have two athlete divisions! Here is a quick description to help you determine what division to register for.
Divisions/Standards: http://girlsgonerx.com/standards/
RX Division: Your team can efficiently do the following: pull-ups, double unders, & handstand pushups. Can efficiently do a full Squat Snatch and/or full Squat Clean & Jerk at or above 95lbs.
BAM Division (Badass In the Making): Athletes that are new to the competition scene or beginners. Needs to do modifications like jumping pull-ups, new to olympic lifting, and needs to modify most of the workouts.
We have a strict no refund policy however your team ticket or individual team spaces are transferrable should you or a team member be unable to attend.
Limited parking available onsite, in addition to local street parking available.

£125 per team, Girls Gone RX tank included and will be provided at event check in.

£10 per team place will be donated to our charity partner Against Breast Cancer.

8 Minute AMRAP

Buy in: 100 Double Unders/Single Unders (per athlete)
* Score: Total distance.
Within a 6 minute running clock:
All three athletes must perform a 1RM Clean and Jerk
* Score: Total weight: Athlete 1 + Athlete 2+ Athlete 3.
Workout No. 3 “Synchro”
Complete the following for time (cap 10 minutes):
4 rounds of:
18 Synchro KB Swing (12/16KG) & DB front rack hold (10/20KG)
16 Synchro KB OH Lunges (12/16KG) & DB front rack hold (10/20KG)
14 Synchro Knee Raises/Pull ups
12 Synchro Step Over/Box Jump (20”)
Score: Time.
Within an 8 minute-running clock, each athlete must complete one round each of the following:
10/12 calorie Assault Bike
15 Wall Balls (6KG to 9ft target)
12 Power Snatches (20/35KG)
15 Burpee over the bar
Tie Break: Time of first round.
