For time: 400 meter run (each team member will do 1 round of this only) 15 Overhead Squats (63/95) (43/75) Then immediately into… 30 Power Snatches (93/135) (team mates will add their own weight to their bar for this) (63/95) Then immediately into… 150 WallBalls (14/20 – 9/10ft target) (10/14 - 9/10ft target) *15 minute time cap

AMRAP 3 minutes of: Power Clean/Hang Squat Clean/Jerk (93/135) (63/95) REST 1 minute AMRAP 3 minutes of: Power Clean/Hang Squat Clean/Jerk (123/185) (83/135) REST 1 minute AMRAP 3 minutes of: Power Clean/Hang Squat Clean/Jerk (153/225) (103/155) *Partners can alternate however they like, but this must be done as a barbell complex so no dropping the bar in between movements. You must complete a full complex (Power Clean/Hang Squat Clean/Jerk before dropping the bar and switching partners). You can use a Squat Clean to replace the Power Clean for the highest weight only (153/225 weight) (103/155 weight). 1 point for every completed complex for the first AMRAP. 2 points for every completed complex for the second AMRAP. *3 points for every complex completed for the third AMRAP.

100 Calorie Row 100 Back Squats (123/185) (103/155) 200 Double Unders (scale is 300 singles) 100 Deadlifts (153/225) (103/155) 100 Burpees *Partners can split the row however they like, but the rower must total 100 calories. They will then move to the Back Squat station and split those however they choose. Same with the Double Unders, Deadlifts and Burpees. For the Back Squats, partners can help each other get the bar to their partners back. There will be no rack. There is no one rep minimum for partners. *23 minute time cap

8 minute workout RX'd and Scaled AMRAP 3 minutes Toes to Bar (Rxd)...Medball Sit Ups (14/20lb - Scaled) AMRAP 3 minutes Overhead Lunges (35/45lb plate) (25/35lb plate - Scaled) AMRAP 2 minutes Wall Climbs (Both Rxd and Scaled) *Total reps is your score. No rest in between the AMRAPS.
