About This Competition
Fall Brawl is a one day comp consisting of intermediate teams of 2 including, M/M, F/F, and M/F teams. This competition is perfect for intermediate CrossFit athletes who want to see how they stack up with local competition. Fall Brawl is about capacity more than a high degree of skill. Fall Brawls programming will reward those that are willing to work!
NEW THIS YEAR: Win $100 per team per event win plus $200 on event 6. You can win up to $700 in cash prizes. Plus amazing podium prizes from TYR, Bear Komplex, LMNT and Ascent Protein.
Price: $225 until Aug 23rd, $250 from Aug 23 to Sept 13th.
Award Ceremony will be held at BK Tap Haus, St. Michael, MN (800m from gym)

Workouts
For Time
Athlete 1 will pick up and bearhug carry sandbag 200m, drop in designated area, then run 400m
Athlete 2 will be waiting at 200m mark, once Athlete 1 finishes 400m Run will tag Athlete 2 then Athlete 2 will pick up and carry bearhug style 200m, once to 200m they will drop bag and run 400m to the finish
*One athlete is working at a time
*Tie break is time of athlete 2 sandbag carry finish

MAX Cal Ski
Athlete 1 will complete Echo Bike Cals then Burpee Box Get Overs then Max Cal Ski with remaining time in the 3 min while Athlete 2 Rests.
At the 3 min mark the athletes will switch and Athlete 2 will complete Bike, BBGO and Max cals
Each Athlete will complete 3 sets each for a total of 6 sets

Partners can divide reps and movements however they chose. Just finish 6 rounds as fast as possible.

*Both athletes must complete max lift in 5 min
*You can go up or down when changing weights
