Date: Saturday 15th of April, 2023 (One day event)
Location: +64Fitness in Wigram, Christchurch
Divisions: RX | Intermediate | Beginner (Male/Female)
Cost: $100

Registration details: Registrations open March 15th at 9am There will be limited spaces available.

Workouts will be released closer to the competition date.

Refunds will be given under no circumstances other than covid related restrictions causing withdrawal.

@ the 11:00 marker during event 2, you will have 5 minutes to complete the following complex for maximum combine load:

 

For load - 

1 squat clean + 4 front squats 

*Must be a squat clean to start (total of 5 squats)

 

This is the same requirement for all divisions. 

RX Division:

 

AMRAP 12:00

10 wall walks (1 partner holds HS hold)

8 synchro shuttle runs @7.5m (there and back = 1 rep) 

6 synchro single arm DB devils press @22.5/15kg 

4 seated legless rope climb to top (shared) 


Females will climb legless only until the taped line @ “x” height and then may perform the remainder of the rope climb with their legs

8 synchro shuttle runs @7.5m (there and back = 1 rep)
