About This Competition

Balkan Throwdown 2020 is this year ONLINE competition only.

1. Registration secures spot on competition.

2. Workouts for day 1 will be realeased on Saturday 17.10.2020 and videos from DAY 1 need to be post till midnight CET 17.10.2020 on Youtube

Workouts for day 2 will be released on Sunday 18.10.2020 and videos from DAY 2 need to be post till midnight CET 18.10.2020 on Youtube

3. All Athletes have time till midnight CET time 18.10.2020 to post videos on youtube.

4. Final results will be published at 25.10.2020

5. We keep competition mode - that means NO RE-DO! If you send us your link it's final trail.

Below you can find list of possible movements at Balkan Throwdown 2020.

Elite Division:
All Advanced Gymnastic/Weightlifting/Crossfit movements + surprise movements

Team Division:
All Advanced Gymnastic/Weightlifting/Crossfit movements + surprise movements

Scaled Division:
All Barbell Movements (including Olympic lifts, powerlifting lifts, etc)
Pull-Up (chin-over bar), Toes to bar, Double Unders, Box Jumps
All Gymnastic/body weight movements (except strict handstand push-ups, handstand hold & ring/bar muscle-up & chest to bar pull-ups).
All Kettlebell Movements & All Dumbbell Movements.
+ some extra surprise movements are possible.
