About This Competition

Come join us on July 16th for a Functional Fitness individual competition. This event will feature some unique workouts we don't get to do in our daily training, but diffently will test our training and programing in an awesome way.
"The Farm," Fit 4 Life Farm, brings you the first ever individual functional fitness competition. Famous for it's annual Turkey Throw Down, "is a team event. The Summer Sizzler is an individual competition with various divisions to chose from RX, Scaled, Teens, Masters divisions. If you're into functional fitness this is a great competition to test your training. You will encounter your classic bar movements and inside your box/gym elements with a twist of things not common in your regular gyms/boxes. This comp will test your everyday training.
