About This Competition
Iron Musket CrossFit and Musselman Applemen Volleyball have joined forces for the Iron Musket Classic CrossFit competition.
This competition is being held to assist the Applemen in their fundraising efforts for the 2019 high school season.
Team Events:
WOD 1: 10 minute time cap. 150 Burpee to target buy-in and Wall balls with remaining time for points. 1 athlete competes 2 rest. Rotate as needed score will be team total wall balls.
WOD 2: 3 separate barbell complexes score will be weight total: 1 athlete per complex. 5 minute time cap per complex. Athlete 1: (2) Power Cleans (2) Front Squats (2) Shoulder to overhead. Athlete 2: (3) Snatches (3) Overhead squats. Athlete 3: (2) Dead lifts (2) Hang cleans (2) Shoulder to overhead. Individual complex total will be added for overall team score.
WOD 3: 20 minute time cap.100 calorie Row 100 pull ups 100 synchronized box Jumps (2 athlete's compete 1 rest. reps counted by 2's) 100 Meter sled push/drag (team) 100 sandbag Turkish get ups (1 athlete competes 2 rest).
