Battle on the Bluff: Live!
About This Competition
Welcome to Battle on the Bluff - THE LIVE EVENT!
The live event is here! Thanks for being a part of the newest fitness event to hit the Inland Northwest. We are excited to bring open competitive fitness back to Spokane. We have a killer venue, awesome workouts, and amazing people all ready to host you and your friends.
The Venue
As if throwing down outside on Greenbluff wasn't enough, Big Barn is also a brewery! The site has one of the best family-friendly spaces to hang out with your crew any day of the week. Even better: we'll be doing some fitnessing there too. Beer and food trucks start at noon and the party will continue with music and a fun, relaxed atmosphere after the event that you'll want to experience.
The Workouts
Coach Adam at Rewired Fitness Co has a special skill and that's creating gross, effective workouts for anyone at any fitness level. We're lucky to have him on board the Battle on the Bluff team and he's brewing up something special just for us. We believe fitness should include functional movements that challenge capacity without being tailored to work for only a select few (crazy, we know). That means all the movements and standards will be accessible to a wide spectrum of abilities, while still enabling the fittest to prove their mettle.
Now that we're through the online portion, welcome to the LIVE EVENT! Based on previous results, teams have been separated into two divisions. The “FireBreather” division with a podium and prizes. All others are in the “Open” division with a separate podium and prizes.
The People
We have an amazing group of people working hard to make this dream come to life and provide an awesome environment for you to throw down. We're gonna treat them great, and we ask that you do too. It's not always the most fun to no-rep your lazy squat or crunch all the numbers, but without our volunteers we'd be just running around like chickens with our heads cut off. Here's to the studs who make it all happen!
