About This Competition

Inclusive, fun fitness for the everyday athlete.

Saturday 12th April 2025

Our Easter Throwdown is the perfect event to come and compete with likeminded people in a friendly environment.

We have an RX category but with options to scale on the day to remain inclusive and open to anyone. Something we are extremely passionate about.

We'll have 3 workouts over the day.

WOD 1B

Will have 12 minutes to establish a Max Clean + Hang Clean Complex

At 12:00 they will rest 90s

Then

WOD 1C

6:00 AMRAP 

8 Synchro Hang Power Clean 50/35

16 Sandbag Squats 60/40

 

Score = Time for Run

Score = Combined Weight

Score = Reps on AMRAP

Partner A 20 reps @ DB 1 - 25/17.5

Partner B 40 Reps @ DB 2 22.5/15

Partner C 60 Reps @ DB 3 20/12.5

Max Cal row begins after first 20 Db Snatch

AMRAP begins after 40 Db Snatch

 

Score = Max Cal Row + Reps of AMRAP (not DB snatch check in)

 

1 Round of AMRAP = 160 reps
