About This Competition
THE GOAL: As much FITNESS as possible at the COOLEST venue!
We have ensured you will feel like you are at day 1 of the games and get your moneys worth!
Your Team of 3 will have to strategize and work together to play off strengths and weaknesses for each event!
This fitness competition will have 6 Scored Workouts!
Taking place on the Paradise Terrace of Paradise Point Resort, Each event on a location stage overlooking the San Diego Bay.
Male teams of 3, Female teams of 3, will compete to earn a spot on the podium! Then stay after for our After Party at Tidal bar and restaurant!

IN A 12 MINUTE TIME CAP COMPLETE:
This Event has 2 Scores:
Your team must carry 2 objects around the 400M Yacht Pond:
-1 Athlete: Farmer Carry (60lb DB/40lb DB) *Must be at side, these are dumbells in each hand.
-1 Athlete: Sandbag Carry (100lbs / 60lbs) *This will be the sandbag you use for your wall throw overs.
-1 Athlete: No Carry
*You may swap/trade at any time as many times as needed.
*Dumbells MUST be progressed as a farmer carry.
**ALL TEAM MATES MUST RETURN AND CROSS FINISH LINE WITH THE ITEMS FOR A FINISH TIME.
SCORE A: Time to complete lap:

With remaining time, teams must accumulate Sandbag (100lbs/50lbs) over wall repetitions:
*1 Rep = Sandbag over + Athlete over. THE ATHLETE THAT THROWS THE BAG MUST BE THE ATHLETE THAT JUMPS THE WALL.
*Wall is 5' Tall.
*You may trade/switch between the 3 of you at any time. NO ASSISTING may take place, and ONE ATHLETE works at a time. Other 2 athletes must remain off to the side while 1 athlete works.
SCORE B: REPS completed of Sandbag over wall.

-1 Athlete: Sandbag Carry (100lbs / 60lbs) *This is the sandbag you will use in B for the throw overs.
-1 Athlete: No Carry
*You may swap/trade at any time as many times as needed.
*Dumbells MUST be progressed as a farmer carry.
**ALL ATHLETES AND EQUIPMENT MUST CROSS FINISHLINE TO RECIEVE A FINISH TIME.
