About This Competition

The Battle on Admiral is back for it's 10th year on Saturday, September 28th, at CrossFit West Seattle!

This year we will have mixed pairs (F/M) and individual divisions for Rx and Scaled athletes.

STANDARDS

Rx Division:

Barbell - 135/95# and 225/155# (heaviest barbell movement deadlift)
C2B/Bar Muscle Ups/T2B
Dumbbells - 50/35#
Box Jumps - 24/20

Scaled Division:

Barbell - 95/65# and 155/105# (heaviest barbell movement deadlift)
Pull Ups/Jumping Pull Ups/K2E
Dumbbells - 45/25#
Box Jumps/Step Ups - 24/20
