Power Output Games - Double Trouble
About This Competition
It's 2024 and we are back!
For our first comp of the year we are going back to our hugely popular mixed pairs format from last year.
Crossfit Reading will be hosting The Power Output Games - Double Trouble.
The first of our three annual events.
Teams will consist of 1 Male and 1 female athlete.
This one day comp will feature 3 guaranteed workouts and a final for the top 5 teams in each division. With prizes going to the top 3 teams at the end of the day.
Healthy food and drink will be available to purchase on site during the day.
The Rx category is perfect for those who complete the Open Rx or compete at an Rx level Regularly, as well as those who want to try their first RX Comp.
Movements and weights:
Cycling Weights - 70/50kg
KB's 24/16kg
DB's 22.5/15kg
Gymnastics
- All athletes should have T2B, Chest 2 Bar, HSPU, wall walks and Pistols
- At least one athlete should have BMU
The Scaled category aims to be accessible to those who want to experience their first comp whilst also still providing challenging workouts.

Cycling Weights - 50/35kg
KB's 20/12kg
DB's 15/10kg
Gymnastics:
- All athletes should have Knee Raises, Pull Ups, Scaled HSPU and scald wall walks.
