About This Competition
Join us for the CFL Valentine's Day Massacre on February 10th, 2024 at CrossFit Lehi.
TEAMS OF 4 (2 male/2 female)
There will be both RX and General Fitness Divisions ONLY
PRICE: $55 per athlete ($220 team fee)
EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT: First 5 teams to register get $10 off per person!

Refund policy: Refunds will be issued (less processing fees) for cancelation requests made in writing by January 31, 2024. No refunds after that date.

15 Syncro Dumbbell Thrusters (50/35 lbs)
10 Syncro Toes-to-Bar
5 Syncro Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20 inches - must step down)
General Fitness: AMRAP 15 P1 + P2 complete a round then P3 + P4 complete a round and so forth.

Part 1: Each Team Member Completes 1 Rep Max Snatch Complex
Snatch Complex = 1 Hang Squat or Power Snatch + 1 Squat or Power Snatch
One partner working at a time and must establish her/his max before moving to the next partner
Completed in any order
Directly into Part 2: Each Member Completes Max Unbroken Ring Muscle-ups
Only 2 attempts per athlete
Completed in any order
One partner working at a time and must establish her/his max before moving to the next partner
Time Cap: 16 minutes
Parts 1 and 2 will be scored as individual events
General Fitness:
Team each member (waterfall style and in any order)
1 Rep Max Power Snatch Complex
Power Snatch Complex = 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Power Snatch)
