About This Competition
CrossFit Narellan Classic - same-sex pairs competition.
Jun 08. Athlete rego at 9:00-10:00am, first workout at 10:00, competition finished by 6:00pm.
RX divisions will include 4 wods and the top teams will compete in a winner take all final.
RX divisions cash prizes. 1st $1500, 2nd $600, 3rd $400.
Scaled divisions will include 4 wods and the winners will be top of the leaderboard.
There will be no movement substitutions in either division however you should do RX if you can do 100/70kg deadlifts for reps, 43/30kg snatch/thruster/cleans for reps, T2B, 9/6kg wall balls, 24/20 box jumps, 22.5/15kg DB snatch/shoulder to overhead, pull ups, and double unders.
Refund Policy - no refund after purchase for any reason. We recommend you take out event insurance.
Substitution Policy - Allowed on a case-by-case basis.
Workouts will be released from May 13 - May 27
Shirts included for all competitors that register by May 07
Heat will be finalised on Jun 03

Workouts
Workout 1 is a 10 minute AMRAP
Ladder style workout - round for round in pairs
Rep scheme - 2,2,4,4,6,6,8,8,10,10...etc
Lateral burpees over the bar
Hang snatch 42.5/30kg RX - 20/15kg scaled
Toes to bar RX - knee raises scaled
Score is total reps completed in 10 minutes
Workout 2 starts immediately upon completion of workout 1
5:00 minutes for both athletes to find a 1RM snatch + hang snatch
Bar must not touch the floor between reps
Any kind of snatch is allowed - squat, power, and spilt
Both athletes can have as many attempts as they like in the 5 minutes
If the athlete has lifted the bar off the floor before the 5:00 mark they may finish the complex
The score is the total weight of both athletes heaviest lift

2 x 5min AMRAP's
5 min AMRAP
Max cals on ski erg +
120 box jump overs 24/20 for RX
120 step overs 24/20 for scaled
then 2min rest
5 min AMRAP
Max cal echo bike +
120 Alternating dumbbell snatches 22.5/15 for RX
120 Alternating dumbbell snatches 15/10 for scaled
- Both athletes will work at the same time on the ski/jumps and bike/snatches
- Athletes can change between movements at any time
- Once the required reps are complete the remainder of the 5 minutes will be alternating cals on the machine
- Score will be the total calories and reps from both AMRAP's combined

The row will be completed by both athletes at the same time on 2 rowers
All 100 double unders must be completed by athlete 1, followed by athlete 2.
The thrusters will be shared and can be broken up however the athlete's choose

The score is the time taken to complete the workout of the reps completed at the 15-minute mark
