ANNUAL IN HOUSE COMPETITON FOR COMPLETE MEMBERS
The is our improved quest to find COMPLETE's most well rounded duo!
This is not your normal CrossFit competition. There are no random events or unnecessary fluff. All events have the purpose to measure a particular aspect of fitness in a simple, easy to judge format. The events come together to prove the most well rounded athletes in a FUN & ENTERTAINING way!
ALL LEVELS CAN DO THIS COMP INCLUDING ROOKIES!
For all events, partners can switch designation of Partner 1/2 based on event
MIXED - Teams of 2

- One athlete Completes most WOD's as RX + One athlete Rookie to Intermediate or Masters (40+)

Scaled - Teams of 2
- Male/Male
- Female/Female
- Completes most WOD's scaled
- Rookie through Intermediate
- Checkout last years workouts and standards to help your choice
Adapative SPECIAL - Teams of 2
- One Adaptive athelte + One non-adaptive athlete
- can be mix of any gender
- workouts will a mix of adapted movements for adapative movements and non adpative movements for non-adaptive athletes

TIME COMPONENT
9 minutes TOTAL
4 minutes to establish a Single Max Unbroken CHIN OVER HOLD
- 1 second = 1 rep
1 minute transition
4 minutes Max to establish a Single Max Unbroken THRUSTER set
Team Score = Total Seconds + Total Reps = Total Reps
Chin Over Bar with any grip
Thruster RX 95/65 - Scaled/Masters 75/55
- never pausing for more than 2s during any portion of ROM

Flow:
Partner 1 will have 4 minutes to attempt to create a Max Unbroken Chin Over Bar Hold. Partner 1 can attempt as many attempts as they want to complete a single unbroken hold attempt in the 4 minutes. Only the longest hold will be scored. Partner 1's attempt WILL be stopped at the end of the 4 minutes
Partner 2 will NOT be working at the same time
After the 4 minutes for the chin over bar hold, there will be a 1 minute transition where both partners will be resting
After the transition:
Partner 2 will have 4 minutes to attempt to create a Max Unbroken set of Thruster repititions. Partner 2 can attempt as many attempts as they want to complete a single unbroken set of thruster repititions in the 4 minutes. Only the longest set of unbroken reps will be scored. Partner 2's attempt will be stopped at the end of the 4 minutes.
Partner 1 will NOT be working at the same time.
Event 2:
For time - 4 minute Time CAP
Each Partner completes: - 1 partner will go through full round at a time.
10 lateral Jump over hurdle (RX = 14” High, Scaled = 6” low)
8 x 40’ Shuttle run (this is 8 x 20’ down AND back)

Score = Total time for both partners to complete

IMMEDIATELY INTO AEROBIC ENDURANCE
Find the Max Load in 8 Minutes:
Partner 1: 1 rep Max Trap Bar Deadlift
Partner 2: 1 rep Max Hang Snatch
- Scaled/Masters: Max Hang to Overhead
Partners will have 8 total min for both to find their heaviest attempt at their respective choice of max lift. UNLIMITED ATTMEPTS
ONLY ONE partner may attempt a lift at a time. An attempt may be completed if pull off the ground at 7:59.
Rx partners in the Hybrid division only have the option of a max hang snatch IF they are not performing the trap bar deadlift max.
Score is total weight lifted.
AFTER this event there will be a 1min rest and then both partners will move to the next part of the floater: EXPLOSIVENESS - see Event 6 - Floater Part 2 for details
AFTER the Strength Portion:
there will be a 1 minute rest for both partners
Each partner will have 30sec to complete:
Max Reps Burpee over Obstacle…48”/30”
Partner 1 will have 30sec to get as many burpees up and over the obstacle. partner 2 will be resting. As soon as the 30sec mark hits, partner 2 will start their attempts for the repititions and partner 1 will be resting.
Score will be total repititions completed. Repetitions will only be counted once both feet are on the ground on the opposing side of the box.
