About This Competition

2022 Spring Season of Chalked Up Box League, presented by QÜB Fitness.

Spring Season is a 4 week, league format competition.

Dates for this season are as follows:

4/24, 5/1, 5/15, 5/22

Divisions include SCLD | INTRMDT | RX: COED teams of 2

SCLD: AbMat Sit-ups | Alt. DB Snatch (25/20) | Beat Swings | Burpee Box Step Over | Deadlift (185/125) | Hand Release Pushup | Jumping Pull-ups | Power Clean & Jerk (95/65) | Rope Pull-ups (Supine to Standing) | Thrusters (75/55) | Wall Balls (14/10)

Scaled athletes will not be expected to perform advanced gymnastics, or lift heavy weight, but should be familiar with basic barbell movements and bodyweight exercises.

INTRMDT: Alt. DB Snatch (35/25) | Burpee Box Jump Over | Deadlift (225/155) | GHD Sit-ups | HSPU | Power Clean & Jerk (115/85) | Pull-ups | Rope Climbs | Thrusters (95/65) | Toes to Bar | Wall Balls (20/14)

Intermediate athletes should be able to perform the majority of Crossfit workouts as prescribed.

RX: Alt. DB Snatch (50/35) | Burpee Box Jump Over | Deadlift (275/185) | Deficit HSPU | GHD Sit-ups  | Power Clean & Jerk (135/95) | Pull-ups | Rope Climbs | Thrusters (115/75) | Toes to Bar | Wall Balls (20/14)

RX athletes should be able to perform all Crossfit workouts as prescribed.

Alternate Policy: If an alternate is used more than once during the season, the team will be assessed a scoring penalty for the week the alternate is present.
