About This Competition
Row & Reps Throwdown
Test of endurance AND strength.
Start off with a row, then jump on the bench and rep it out for max tonage (Weight x reps). *You will have up to 3:00 to start your bench.
Men: Row 3.5k & choose bench weight
Women: Row 2k & choose bench weight
Score will be max tonage on bench minus rowing time. Highest score wins.
Example:
Row 12:30 and Bench 100# x 40
Score= (100x40) - 1230
Score=2770
Divisions:
Mens: Teens, Rx, Masters 55+
Womens: Teens, Rx, Masters 55+
