About This Competition

Join us for our First Annual Battle at Baile CrossFit Competition on May 3, 2025! This competition will be for male/male and female/female teams. We will have both RX and Scaled divisions in order to best serve our community. Registration includes a t-shirt for both athletes and judges. There will be three events and one floater work out. Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams in each division. We will be joined by vendors, a food truck, and an amazing community for a day of fun, friendly competition in the Pines! Registration closes April 26th. Registration is $150.00 per team and is non-refundable. In the event you cannot compete, you can transfer registration or substitute partners. Please contact us for emergency situations.

200M Sandbag Carry


RX: 150/100
Scaled: 100/50

Each athlete completes 200m carry before other athlete starts. 200m routed is 2X100m intervals. Carry can be broken up as athletes see fit. Sandbag must be carried in bearhug poisiton. When Athlete 1 is finished, the sandbag must be dropped at the starting position before Athlete 2 starts.
