About This Competition
GET READY!!!
CrossFit4740 is hosting our first annual same sex pairs competition. As you know we don't do things by halves.
We are pleased to announce our title sponsor Mackay & Whitsunday Locksmiths. Along with our minor sponsors The Grazing Goat Cafe, Comlek Group, Discover Chiropractic, Mackay Chiropractic, United Fasteners and Lifeaid.
Categories will include:
- RX
- Masters 40+
- Intermediate
- Beginner
- Teens
There will be Cash prizes for the RX category. All division movement standards can be found on the Facebook events page.
Registration will include competition shirt.
Work outs will be released on competition corner and Facebook daily From the 4th of October!
