Workouts

For Total Combined Load

7mins to Establish Max. Combined Load of

3 Deadlift +
2 Clean +
1 Shoulder to Overhead

---

WORKOUT FLOW

At the call of “3, 2, 1, GO,” teams may begin loading their barbell and attempting lifts immediately.

Each athlete must complete the entire complex on their own.

Teams may make unlimited attempts within the 7-minute time cap, with each athlete working to establish their heaviest successful complex.

MOVEMENT STANDARDS

The complex must be completed in the listed order:
3 Deadlifts
2 Cleans
1 Shoulder to Overhead
Once the athlete begins the complex, they must maintain continuous possession of the barbell until the completion of the final repetition. Dropping the barbell during the complex will result in a failed attempt.
Deadlifts must begin with the barbell on the floor and finish with hips and knees fully extended.
Cleans may be power or squat cleans, with the bar finishing in the front rack position under control with hips and knees fully extended.
Shoulder to Overhead may be a strict press, push press, push jerk, or split jerk. The repetition is complete when the athlete shows full control with hips, knees, and elbows fully extended.

SCORING

Score = Total combined load of heaviest successful attempt by each team member.

At the completion of Event 1, teams will have a 1-minute rest/transition period before beginning Event 2.
