2022 Tundra Games Qualifier by ONLY Training
About This Competition
We are partnering with ONLY Training, who will be hosting and programming the workouts. This online qualifier will yield RX individual athletes competing at the second annual Tundra Games October 1-2 in Grand Forks, North Dakota.
Qualifier dates: August 8 - 20
To compete in the RX division, you MUST qualify through this qualifier.
All workouts will be released on Monday, August 8 at 8:00 am, with scores and videos due Saturday, August 20 at 8:00 pm. Workouts will be reviewed and verified.
We highly recommend submitting a video with your score. All scores with an accompanying video will score higher than those without a video.
Is this qualifier for RX Individuals only?
All ages and abilities welcomed and encouraged to participate. Once you see the workouts, choose the division standards - or scale as needed - that suit you. We will offer randomly given prizes, so watch for notifications and HAVE FUN.
Intermediate and Scaled versions of the qualifiers will be released for athletes planning to compete team to complete. The scores of the three atheltes competing will be combined for a total team score. The total team score will allow us to rank Teams prior to Ocotber 1st. This ranking will be the heat assignments for the first day.

Workouts
Rx Division:
15 Minute Amrap:
60 Calorie Row
50 Thrusters 75/55
40 Toes-To-Bar
30 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 24”/20”
20 Bar Muscle Ups
*Tiebreak time is the time when the 30th burpee box jump over is completed*
At 3,2,1 Athlete will begin rowing until 60 calories are completed. Athlete may start on the rower, but can NOT touch the rower handle until the WOD statrts and the clock is visible to the camera. Athlete will move on to the thrusters and once the 50 reps of thrusters at 75# for men and 55# for women are completed, the athlete may move on to the 40 toes-to-bar. After 40 toes-to-bar the athlete can then move on to 30 burpee box jump overs at 24" (men) and 20" (women). Once the 30 burpee box jump overs have been completed, the athlete will begin working on the 20 bar muscle ups. If a full round is complete prior to the 15:00 minute, the athlete may move on to their second round starting with 60 calories on the row.

At 3,2,1, go the athlete will begin working on 3 rounds of 10 strict hand stand push-ups, 10 cleans at 135# for men and 95# for women, and 50 double unders in that order. Once the 3 rounds are complete, the athlete will take a 60 second rest. The athlete will change the weight of the barbell for the second part of the workout (185# for the men, 135# for the women). At the conclusion of the 60 second rest, the athlete will begin 3 rounds of 15 kipping hand stand push ups, 5 squat cleans, and 50 double unders. Score will be the time at the completion of the 50th double under.
