Qualifying Rules:

Adaptive divisions will compete in the Online Qualifier and must complete three workouts in their respective category as per the WheelWOD classification. WheelWOD Classification document must be done prior to 14th April. To access the form https://form.jotform.com/210964874572062. At the end of the online qualifier, qualifying athletes will be invited to the Oceania Throwdown in September.

All Masters Individuals must complete the online qualifying workouts to qualify for the Oceania Throwdown. A Masters athlete’s competitive division will be based on their date of birth. The athlete’s age as of 1 July 2023, will determine which division the athlete will compete in.

In the event of a tiebreak for a qualifying place at the Oceania Throwdown, the Athlete with the highest workout placing across all three workouts will qualify.

 

Minimum Movement Requirements:

All athletes will need to be able to run, row, burpee, ski.  Ski will not appear in the online qualifier.
