Deadlift Ladder
5 bars to get through the prelim and into the final.
Final bar weights in brackets. We keep going until you stop lifting 
 
Prelims:
You've got a 25 second timeframe to hit the lift. 10 secs to transfer to next bar.
Final:
Taking our time, it's a lift off between all the team members that get through the prelims.
 
Score = M+M or F+F succesful lifts.
