**4th Annual Island Time Throw Down: Unleash Your Inner Athlete**
Get ready for the 4th Annual Island Time Throw Down, where athletes from all over come together to showcase their strength, endurance, and unyielding spirit! This year’s event is set to be bigger and better than ever, featuring three competitive divisions: Rx, Scaled, and Masters, all with same-sex teams of 2. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or new to the sport, this is your chance to push your limits and be part of an epic fitness showdown.

**Time:** 8:00am
** Early bird Registration: $200 per team. The Price will increase October 1st $250.

**Competition Highlights:**
- **Three Competitive Divisions:**
- **Rx Division:** For the elite athletes who are ready to tackle the most intense and challenging workouts, this division demands strength, speed, and precision. RX Athletes will be required to Double under, Kettlebell overhead lunges #53/35, toes to bar, chest to bar, hang cleans at #135/95, have at least one athlete handstand walk and thruster up to #225/155.
- **Scaled Division:** Designed for those who are eager to compete at a high level but prefer modified movements and weights. Perfect for athletes looking to push their boundaries within a manageable scope. Scaled athletes will have single unders, hang cleans at #95/65, weighted overhead lunges at 35/26, knees to chest, thrusters up to #155/105
- **Masters Division:** Tailored for athletes aged 45 and up, this division offers a chance to demonstrate your skills and experience in a competitive environment. Weights will be the same as the scaled division with toes to bar, and pull ups.
- **Same-Sex Teams of 2:** Compete alongside a partner of the same gender in our team-based events. Bring your A-game and work together to conquer a series of demanding WODs.

- **Challenging Workouts:** Our team of expert coaches has designed a range of exciting and diverse WODs to test every aspect of your fitness. Expect high-intensity challenges that will push you and your partner to your limits.
**Registration Details:**
- **Early Bird Registration:** Monday July 29th – Secure your spot early and benefit from discounted rates. $200 per team.
- **General Registration:** October 1st – Standard registration rates apply. Don’t miss your chance to be part of this exciting event. $250 per team
- **Registration Ends:** October 19th
