The Unknown
About This Competition
This is our third annual solo and team fitness competition where athletes must suspend what they think they know and instead embrace the unknown realm of fitness. Competitors will recieve a list of movement standards beforehand but will not know the details of the events they will be competing in.
There will be Solo and 3-person, same-sex team divisions and this year, we will be introducing an Open format where all athletes will be competing in the Standard division and their event placement will be determined not only by their performance, but by their scaling options used.
This will be a single-day format competition with the solo competitors going on Saturday and the teams heading into action on Sunday. The workouts will begin at 9 am and each day will end at 6 pm.

- Bag must remain in front of the athlete and above the waistline throughout the Carry.
- While the carry is happening, one teammate will be on the Bike while the other is resting.

* the Bike will remain on throughout the workout. Athletes are responsible for making sure the Bike is counting.
** IF AN ATHLETE ACCIDENTALLY RESETS THE BIKE, THOSE CALS ARE LOST!
