About This Competition
The Showdown Lowdown
This is a partner competition with M/M and F/F pairings in RX and Scaled divisions. First place RX divisions will win $150 Rogue gift card, as well as other prizes from our sponsors.
The workouts will be released April 11, 2022.
Standards
RX divisions, partners must be able to perform high skill gymnastics including but not limited to: muscle ups, chest to bar, pull ups, handstand walks, handstand push ups, toes to bar, pistols, and double unders.
Weight standars:
deadlift 315/225
squat varations 185/125
cleans 185/125
dumbbell movements 50/35
kettlebell movements 55/35
*These weights are just examples, not neccassarily included or limited to these movements.
Scaled will not be required to do any high skill gymnastics.
