8:30-9:00 Welcome, Annoucements, Mandatory WOD 1 Briefing, Floater Annoucement
*Teams will sign up for a floater time after it is announced at 8:30. Slots will be in 10 minute increments between 9:20am and 1:10pm.**
9:15-11:00 - WOD 1 Heats
11:00-11:15 - WOD 2 Briefing
11:30-1:10 - WOD 2 Heats
1:10 WOD 3 Briefing + Volunteer Lunch Break
1:50-3:05 - WOD 3
3:15 - Finalist Annoucements
3:30-4:00 - FINAL WOD - Top 3 teams in each division

Round 1 - reps = 1 point

Teams then have one minute to:
Choose 1 male and 1 female for ONE attempt at a MAX C&J
Points = 1 point per 5lbs over ending weight of round 3.
Score is total points (reps from both sections)
Part A - Each team will work with a partner (m/m or f/f) throwing team wall ball shots of 20 reps. After each set of 20 reps, partners will switch, accumulating as many wall balls as possible. For each dropped ball, teams will get a 5 point deduction.
