About This Competition
Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident signing up for our events and programs. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and straightforward. Full refunds are available if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided the event hasn’t started. After that, we offer a 50% refund up until Jun 2, 2025. No refunds will be issued once the event begins, but we’re happy to work with you on a case-by-case basis if extenuating circumstances arise. Just reach out to us at 931-367-2690!
Policy on Substitutes
We get it—life happens! If you can’t make it to the competition, substitutions are welcome under certain conditions. You may transfer your spot to another person by notifying us at info@crossfitsolafide.com at least 48 hours before the event starts. Subsitutions will not recieve athelete incentives unless the athlete their replacing forfiets theirs. The substitute must meet any eligibility requirements, sign a waiver, and be ready to jump in. Athlete being replaced is responsible for any registration fee recoupment with new athlete. No-shows without prior notice can’t be substituted or refunded, but we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute changes when possible.
What to Bring and What Not to Bring
Come prepared to crush it! Bring comfortable workout gear, closed-toe athletic shoes, a water bottle, E-Z UP canopy, chairs, and a positive attitude—we’ve got the rest covered. If you’ve got a favorite jump rope or lifting belt, feel free to bring those too. Leave these at home: alcohol, pets (sorry, furry friends!), and any non-essential items that might clutter the space or distract from the vibe. We’re here to focus on fitness and fun, so pack light and let’s get moving!
Parking Location
Parking details are coming your way soon! We’re finalizing the best spot for you to roll up and get started. Once decided, we’ll update you with clear directions and any specifics (e.g., lot name, or street parking tips) via email. Stay tuned, and plan to arrive a little early to settle in. We’ll make sure it’s smooth sailing!

Scoring and Rules
"How do we keep it fair and fun? Our competitions follow the typical Time, Load, Reps format and will be recorded in Competition Cornerc, with clear rules shared in advance. Expect a mix of strength, endurance, and skill-based workouts—details drop Early May via https://www.instagram.com/solafidesolstice/. Judges will be on hand to score. Questions? Spectator Policy
Love a good crowd? Spectators are welcome to join the hype at no cost! Bring your crew to cheer, but please keep the sidelines clear for athletes and staff. Check-in at the front desk so we can keep the energy safe and organized!
Event Schedule and Heat Times
When’s your moment to shine? We’ll release the full event schedule and heat assignments by June 13th via email. Estimated timeline from start to finish is 7:00AM - 3:00PM. Things might shift slightly day-of, so keep an eye on updates from us.
