No matter your current level of fitness, this is for you. Perfect for the veteran RX competitor and the newbie entering their first competition.
There will be 3 guaranteed events with a two part final for the top 4 teams to keep things interesting.
Offering Cash Prizes for top place finishers
Additional Notes:
An RX athlete is one who participates in the normal class workouts without scaling 90% of the time.
Can Complete:
Chest to bar pull-ups, Handstand Push-ups, 24/20" Box jumps within a workout.
Overhead Squat 155/105#, Deadlift 315/225#, Clean 185/125# all for multiple reps.
If the athlete meets these qualifications, this is the division for them.
A Scaled athlete is one who participates in the normal class workouts but has to scale movements regularly either because of skill or strength.
Can Complete:
Multiple pull-ups andToes to Bar within workout but would struggle with Muscle-ups or high volume Handstand Push-ups.
If the athlete meets these qualifications but not all the qualifications for RX, this is the division for them.
A Novice/Masters is for the athlete who is over the age of 45, has recently started CrossFit, or does not meet the qualifications for the other two. This participant knows they need to scale one or more movements daily at their gym.
Should NOT be able to complete:
Multiple butterfly pull-ups or string Toes to Bar within workout.
1RM Deadlift 350/250#, 1RM Power Clean 185/125#
This athlete may struggle to do box jumps and needs to step.
