About This Competition
10 year anniversary? How can that be? Such an amazing 10 years. Grab a partner and sign up for the biggest and BEST anniversary partner competition!!
Morning workouts 8:00 - 11:30 am.
Food truck, drinks and celebrating 10 amazing years together.
$160 per team and it will include your tee/tanks, drinks and your food tickets. ($80 each).
You OR your partner need to sign up your team. You will be asked your tee or tank size. Please mark both of your sizes and the name of your partner.
Same format as every ICF competition.
8:00 - 11:30
3 WOD's per team. Multiple heats per WOD.
Celebration to follow from 11:30 - 1:00 PM.

You and your partner will have a total of 2:00 to compete as many medicine ball burpee then toss ball over rig. The rig will be set chest level of the shortest athlete.
