Why Not Me Throwdown
Workout 1
1 RM Deadlift
Athletes will have 10 minutes to establish their one rep max deadlift. Switch grip is allowed and rep is counted when the athlete fully extends at the top of the lift. Athletes will start with an empty bar and are responsible for loading their own weight.
Workout 2:
AMRAP 15:
Ascending ladder (each round reps increase by 5) 5 Calorie Row
5 Wallballs
5 T2B
5 Power Clean
Female/Masters:
Wallball: 14 lb/6 kg ball to 9 ft. target
Power Clean: 95 lb/43 kg
Male/Masters:
Wallball: 20 lb/9 kg ball to 10 ft. target
Power Clean: 135 lb/61 kg
Female/Scaled:
Wallball: 10 lb/4 kg ball to 9 ft. target
Power Clean: 65 lb/29 kg
Male/Scaled:
Wallball: 14 lb/6 kg ball to 9 ft. target
Power Clean: 95 lb/43 kg
The workout begins with the athlete seated on the rower. After “3,2,1..go” the athlete will complete 5 of each of the movements in order. The next round they will complete 10 reps of each movement and will continue adding 5 reps to each round until the clock reaches 15 minutes. The score is the total repetitions completed at the time cap.
Workout 3:
25 Cal Assault Bike 15 Thrusters

Female/Masters:
Thruster: 65 lb/29 kg
Male/Masters:
Thruster: 95 lb/43 kg
Female/Scaled:
Thruster: 55 lb/25 kg
Male/Scaled:
Thruster: 75 lb/34 kg
The workout begins with the athlete seated on the bike. After “3,2,1..go” the athlete will complete 25 calories on the assault bike, 15 thrusters, and 25 calories on the assault bike in that order. Athletes can squat clean their first thruster rep. The score is the total time it takes to complete the workout.
