The In2 Training Internal Open 2025 is here, and we’re keeping it true to the CrossFit Open standards and format as ever! Get ready to take on the same workouts released globally by CrossFit.com, challenge yourself against the best in our community, and experience the magic of the Open right here at In2 Training.


Whether you’re an RX athlete, prefer scaled options, or never done Crossfitt, this event is for everyone. With official CrossFit Open rules, movements, and scoring standards in place, you’ll get the authentic Open experience while enjoying the support and camaraderie of your In2 Family.

Details:

  • Dates: Feb 27th - Mar 17th
  • Workouts: Official CrossFit.com Open workouts released weekly.
  • Divisions:
    • Individual: Athletes aged 18-34.
    • Age Groups: Nine divisions for teens (14-17) and masters (35+).
  • Workout Variations:
    • RX’d: Perform the workouts as written for the ultimate challenge.
      Scaled: Modified versions with lighter weights and scaled movements for accessibility.
      Foundations: Beginner-friendly workouts, perfect for new CrossFitters or first-time Open participants.
  • Judging: Certified judging will ensure all movement standards are upheld.
