March Mayhem Returns!


Due to the timings of the CrossFit Games qualifiers (and other factors), this years March Mayhem finals will take place on 1st & 2nd April at the East of England Arena, PE2 6XE!


In true April Fools style we will be known as March-ish Mayhem for this year only!


Across the two days team will compete in the following same sex divisions:


Fitness Fours

Throwdown Fours

Compete Fours

Scaled Pairs

Middle Ground Pairs

Rx Pairs

Elite Pairs


All teas of four are able to enter through direct entry. Teams of four will compete on Saturday 1st April. If you'd like to enter a team of four please do so here: https://www.team-aretas.com/competitions/834


Pairs finals will take place on Sunday 2 April.


All pairs will enter the competition through qualifiers. The qualifiers for March-Ish Mayhem will take place from 6th January 2023 - 26th January 2023. One workout will be released per week and athletes will have 1 week to complete the workout and submit their scores.


The workout dates are as follows:

Qualifier 1: 6th - 12th January

Qualifier 2: 13th - 19th January

Qualifier 3: 20th - 26th January


All divisions are required to submit a video of their workout attempt.
