Belly of the Beast event details:
- Event commences 8:00am on Sunday the 4th of December 2022.
- Address: 398 Marion St, Condell Park (CrossFit Valve)
- Cash prizes will be awarded to the Advanced podium athletes.
- Medals will be awarded to all podium athletes.
- Movement standards + workouts will be released on this event page

*One partner must complete a full round before switching.
*Only one athlete may work at any given time with the other athlete standing off the platform.
*The barbell must be brought down to the hip before dropping to the floor otherwise a no-rep will be given.
*When setting up the ski both athletes can adjust the erg at any time.
*This workout will be completed outside.
EVENT 2- WALL-BALLIN - (ADVANCED)

22 Pull-ups or 44 Ring rows
11 Rope climbs or 22 Up-downs

EVENT 4 - Snatch Complex
In 12 minutes find your heaviest unbroken set of:
1 Snatch
1 Hang snatch
1 Overhead squat
* Any snatch variation is permitted
* The barbell can be dropped from overhead
* Only one athlete may be on the lifting platform at any given time
* Open movement standards apply
* The barbell may rest in your hip or back rack
* No reset from floor permitted
