Back by popular demand !!
This will be a team event made up of teams of 4, 2 male/2 female.
Standards - As always this is an all-inclusive event. Some RX movements may be programmed and atleast one of your team may need to complete this movement, however, we will also program scaled options with additional reps as an alternative for those that need it.
Some examples of required standards, these specific movements may/may not feature on the day:
Ground to Overhead - 60/40kg
Thrusters - 50/35kg
Deadlift - 100/70kg
Ring/Bar Muscle-ups - (at least one in the team)
Pull-ups
Toes to bar
Rope Climb
Workouts will be released prior to the event.

The team will be organized into same-sex pairs, each of which will select their preferred complex. The team will have 10 minutes to find the complex for each athlete, with only one athlete lifting at a time.
