'Destruktionen Assens' danner rammerne for sommerkonkurrencen; 26-27 august - Destruktionen Summer Challenge 23 
Konkurrencen afholdes som to en-dags teamkonkurrencer, hvor der stilles i teams af to personer. Afviklingen sker som lige dele inden- og udendørs konkurrence i det omfang vejret tillader det.
LØRDAG: Scaled (Samme køn og Mix)
SØNDAG: Intermediate (Samme køn og Mix) og Masters* (Herre/herre) og (Dame/dame)

Workout 2: For weight (A)

A)00 – 04:00 3 RM bænkpress
04:00 – 08:00 1 clean + 2 shoulder 2 OH

 

[Beskrivelse: Tiden starter 3-2-1… I har samlet 4 min til at køre 3RM bænkpress hver, derefter fra minut 4 til 8 har i til at bygge maks i 1 clean + 2 shoulder to OH. Scoren fra A-delen er jeres samlet vægt alt i alt. 

B)      08:00 – 10:00 Max rep burpee boxjumps overs

[Beskrivelse: Fra minut 8 til 10, går i i gang med jeres maks burpee boksjump overs, så mange reps som muligt på 2 min. Jeres score på B er jeres samlede antal reps.]

9 synk DB thrusters
12 toes 2 rings (makker i supporthold)
100m løb med DB

[Beskrivelse: Tiden starter 3-2-1… I laver begge wallwalk til væg og går i gang med you go I go wallwalk alternating. Derefter skal i lave 9 synkrone DB thrusters, jeres DB thruster starter synk i bunden samt over hovedet, derefter må én eller I kan deles om 12 toes 2 rings, imens makker er i support hold, 100m løb med jeres egne DBs. Jeres score er samlet antal reps i 10 minutter]

(int. 40/30 – 50/40 – 60/50)

(sc. masters. 15 pullups x 3) (int. 15 pullups / 10 C2B / 5 BMU)

 

[Beskrivelse: 3-2-1… starter på start plade, hvor der skal skiftes på, udfører thrusters og direkte videre til pullups, hvis der skal skiftes atleter – er det på startpladen. Når alle 3 runder er færdige slutter man på startpladen igen. ]

Workout 1: For time (TC 09:00)

40 wallballs     9/6kg
20 DB snatch  20/12,5 sc – 22.5/15 int
500m roning
- skift med makker -
500m roning
20 DB snatch
40 wallballs

[Beskrivelse: Tiden starter 3-2-1… og makker 1 løber frem og går i gang med sine 40 WB, derefter 20 DB snatch og starter roningen, når de 500m er gennemført – hopper makker 2 på romaskinen og går i gang med at ro. Efter roning går makker 2 på DB snatch og til sidst WB. Løber tilbage på startlinjen hvor den samlede score er jeres tid.]
