About This Competition

The 2024 USAFF National Championship Individual Online Qualifier

RX Individual Male
RX Individual Female

Athletes must be *current* college or university students and 25 years old or younger.

The 4 qualifying tests will be released on October 10. Scores and recordings must be submitted by midnight EST on October 23.

The top 10 athletes (5 male, 5 female) will be invited to compete in person at the USAFF Collegiate Championship Hypermedly at CrossFit Reston, VA on February 3-4, 2024.

The 5 Men and 5 women who qualify to the finals will compete in a format known as the USAFF Collegiate Hypermedley. This format will be a 1 day competition (Saturday) where individual athletes will perform 5 tests in a 2 hour block of time. Tests of Endurance, Strength, Bodyweight, Mixed, and Power will be performed with short rests between tests. The overall winner at the end of the two hour event will be crowned the inaugural USA Functional Fitness Individual Collegiate National Champion.

*Eligibility standards are in accordance with the International University Sports Federation (FISU) eligability requirements.

15 min AMRAP (Clock counting down)

10 Alternating Single Arm Dumbbell Power Snatches (70/50)

5 on each side

May start with either arm

20 Toes to Bar (TTB)

10 Alternating Dumbbell Push Presses (70/50)

20 Pull-Ups

60 Double Unders
