Workouts

Pushing the Pace
Workout 2 er:
2-2-2-3 min ON / 1 min OFF imellem hvert interval

I hvert interval skal du lave:

4/4 Hang Clean & Jerk med 1 DB (22,5 kg for herrer / 15 kg for damer)
12 Kipping Pull-Ups
Max Dumbbell Facing Burpees Over DB
Målet er at nå 70 burpees så hurtigt som muligt.


Din score er enten:

Den samlede tid, det tager at gennemføre 70 burpees, eller
det antal burpees, du når, når tiden udløber efter fjerde interval.


Note:

Udfør 4 Hang Clean & Jerks på én arm, derefter 4 på den anden arm. Du må gerne skifte i luften efter de første 4 reps.
En burpee tæller først som fuldført, når du har hoppet over dumbbell’en.

Flowet:
Interval 1 (2:00)

4/4 Hang Clean & Jerk (8 reps i alt)
12 Kipping Pull-Ups
Resten af tiden: Max Dumbbell Facing Burpees Over DB
Pause (1:00)
Interval 2 (2:00) – samme opsætning
Interval 3 (2:00) – samme opsætning
Interval 4 (3:00) – samme opsætning - sidste chance for burpees
Stop, når du har udført 70 burpees, eller når tiden løber ud.

DB Hang Clean & Jerk Standarden:

Startposition:

Dumbbell starter i hænderne fra hang-position (over knæhøjde).
Kroppen står oprejst med fødder i skulderbredde.
Bevægelse:

Clean: Løft DB til skulderen i én bevægelse.
Jerk: Pres DB op over hovedet til fuld lockout med strakte arme.

Afslutning:

Knæ, hofter og arm er fuldt udstrakte, og kroppen er stabil.

Note: Hver gang et nyt interval starter må dumbell først løftes op til Hang-position, når tiden starter.

Kipping Pull-Up Standard:

- Start hængende med strakte arme.
- Brug kip-bevægelsen.
- Hagen skal være tydeligt over baren i toppen.
- Strakte arme i bunden mellem gentagelser.

Note: Der må ikke bruges butterfly teknik.

DB Facing Burpees Over DB Standard:


Startposition:

Stå frontvendt mod din dumbbell.


Bevægelse:

Gå eller hop ned med bryst til gulv.
Hop eller træd op.
Hop med begge fødder samlet hen over dumbbell’en i en lige linje.
