About This Competition
Welcome to The A.C. Fitness Throwdown!
-A CrossFit licensed event
NEW in 2023, the ACFT is now a PARTNER COMPETITION!! (M/M OR F/F teams) including both an Rx Division (on Saturday) and a Rookie Division (on Sunday).
Hosted by CrossFit R.D.T. at the Mr. America - All American Sports Festival. Held at the Atlantic City Convention Center in Atlantic City, New Jersey!
The A.C.F.T. will be a unique opportunity to represent CrossFit alongside a multi-sport festival including powerlifting, strongman, bodybuilding, KB sports and more! (80,000+ sq. ft of fitness activities and vendors).
Take the competition floor for 3 Workouts + a Championship WOD for the Top 5 Teams.
NEW this year, events will begin to be announced BEFORE registration closes.
Divisions:
Rx Men and Rx Women will compete on Saturday 10/7/2023 ONLY.
Rookie Men and Rookie Women will compete on Sunday 10/8/2023 ONLY.
