30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64 and 65+

Semi Final Qualifiers:
Top 2 RX and Intermediate athletes from each respective age category and division from every state/country will qualify for the MastersHQ CrossFit® Championships held in Victoria, Australia!

15 Toes to Bar

Then,

1 Snatch

-Each round is 5 minutes: Round 1 starts at 0:00, Round 2 starts at 5:00, Round 3 starts at 10:00 and Round 4 starts at 15:00.

-Your score for event 1 is all 4 of your round times added together.

-Your score for event 2 is all 4 of your best Snatches (from each round) added together.
