About This Competition

The Battle on Admiral is back for it's 8th year on Saturday, October 8th, at CrossFit West Seattle!

This year we will have mixed pairs (F/M) Rx and Scaled divisions.

STANDARDS

Rx Division:

Barbell - 135/95# and 225/155#
C2B/Bar Muscle Ups/T2B
Dumbbells - 50/35#
Box Jumps - 24/20

Scaled Division:

Barbell - 95/65# and 155/105#
Pull Ups/Jumping Pull Ups/K2E
Dumbbells - 45/25#
Box Jumps/Step Ups - 24/20

Station 1:
Max Cals on Runner + Max Cals on Bike Erg
*Partners can switch any time
*both cals are scored

Station 2:
Axle Bar Front Rack Lunges (rx 135/95, scaled 95/65)
*One partner working while the other partner holding the axle bar in front rack
*reps only count when partner is holding the bar
**Partners can switch anytime

Station 3:
Max Dumbbell Box Step Overs
* (rx 24/20 box, 50/35 DBs, scaled 20/16 box, 35/25 DBs)
*partners must switch every 5 reps
*nonworking partner must be holding DBs, DBs cannot be resting on your legs

Station 4:
Synchro D-Ball Bear Hug Squats
*both partners are holding the DB Ball and squatting
(rx 100/70, scaled 70/50)

Station 5:
Rx Max Bar Muscle Ups
Scaled Max Pull Ups (kipping or strict)
*one partner working while the other partner dead hang from rig
*not required to ever switch partners to do the work
