About This Competition
SAME SEX : TEAM OF 2
A functional competitive indoor fitness event where anyone can compete.
The event will consist of 6 challenges testing all elements of your endurance and strength.
The workout duration will be 1 hour so Heats will be assigned nearer the time, together with workout description and standards.

WALL BALLS - 3/6 KG
BOX STEP OVERS -20"/24"
DUMBBELL- 10/15KG
KETTLEBELL (RUSSIAN) - 12/20KG
PLATE- 5/10KG
SLED - minimum 20KG
SANDBAG - 20/30 KG

DUMBBELL - 15/22.5 KG
