About This Competition

METCON RUSH Online Community Challenge is BACK!

We are bringing METCON RUSH back to the affiliates again this year with a 1 week Online Competition from December 2nd through December 9th

•4 Total workouts to complete over 7 days!

•Cash Payouts to 1st place in all divisions!

Divisions:
•Rx
•Scaled
•Community
•Masters 40+
•Masters 40+ Scaled

•Registration opens November 1st
Cost: $20 (+fees) link will be in our bio for registration.

Standards for each division:

•Rx (You Rx the open and class workouts at your affiliate)

•Scaled / Scaled 40+ (You scale the open and class workouts at your affiliate)

•Community (You are new to CrossFit and scale workouts heavily at your affiliate)

•Masters 40+ Rx (You Rx the open and class workouts at your affiliate)

METCON Rush OCC is a great opportunity to get you ready for the CrossFit open, Wodapoloza or any events you have coming up! It’s also a fun opportunity for the affiliates and members to come together to cheer one another on!

All 4 workouts will be released December 2nd!
