About This Competition
The IF3 Masters European Championships is a prestigious annual competition organized jointly by the International Functional Fitness Federation and National Federations. The event brings together the best Masters athletes from Europe to compete across six workouts, testing their endurance, strength, skills, and power in various functional fitness tests over three days.
Hosted in Lithuania, this thrilling event showcases Masters athletes aged 30 and above, participating in a range of challenging and exciting workouts. Spectators can expect to see intense battles, impressive displays of athleticism, and a supportive, competitive atmosphere as these athletes compete to be crowned European Masters Champions.
