About This Competition

Following on from our successful Collective Throwdown we are super excited to be holding out next Team comeptition in Februry 2022. 

Workouts will be fun and varied!

February 12th- Scaled event

4 person mixed teams

Movement standards

Knee raises

Jumping pull ups

Box jumps/step ups

Single unders

GTOH M 40Kg F 30Kg

February 13th- RX event

4 person mixed teams

Movement standards

Pull ups/ Chest to bar

Toes to bar

Handstand push ups

Box jumps

GTOH M 60kg F 40Kg 

Double Unders

These movements may or may not come up but are useful to proivide a baseline as to the standards.

You do not need a full team roster or a team name to enter, this can be confirmed nearer the time. 

 

Prize money for podium winners! 

 

Workouts released the week before and chance to ask questions

 

No refunds given but teams are able to sell their spot if unable to attend 

 

If the event has to be cancelled by the organisers then full refunds will be provided

Workouts

Every team mate must work through round 1, 1 at a time before moving onto round 2 and so on

Round 1- 4 pull ups, 3 devils press 22.5/15 (single arm) 4 bb hang power cleans 60/40kg, 3/4 kcal row

Round 2- 8 pull ups, 6 devils press, 8 bb hang power clean, 6/8 kcal row

Round 3- 12 pull ups, 9 devils press, 12 bb hang power cleans, 9/12 kcal row

Round 4- 16 pull ups,  12 devils press, 16 bb hang power cleans, 12/16 kcal row

Speed clean ladder

Fastest total team time wins, missed barbells = 30 seconds each which will be added onto your school
