About This Competition
Der krewlste Inhouse 4er Team Wettkampf in Berlin. Schnappt euch eure Training Buddies und nehmt an unserem jährlichen Summer Bash teil, um etwas Wettkampfstimmung zu schnuppern. Es erwarten Euch 4 spannende Workouts über den Tag verteilt.

Teams: 2 Männer, 2 Frauen
Grober Zeitplan für den 20.08.22:
8:00 - 8:25 Athleten-Anmeldung
8:30 - 9:00 Athleten-Briefing
9:30-16:00 WODS
16:30 Siegerehrung
Mittagspause, mit Catering von Kochende Welten, wird gegen 12/13 Uhr stattfinden. Bringt euch trotzdem ausreichend Flüssigkeit und Essen zwischen den Heats mit. Die Workouts werden von euch viel abverlangen und euch aus eurer Komfort-Zone heraus holen.
Nach der Siegerehrung ist ein anschließendes “get together“ nicht ausgeschlossen.

Teams: 2 men, 2 women
Schedule for 08/20/22:
8:00 - 8:25 Athlete registration
8:30 - 9:00 Athlete briefing
9:30-16:00 WODS
16:30 award ceremony
Lunch break, with catering by cooking worlds, will take place around 12/1 p.m. Nevertheless, bring enough liquid and food between the heats. The workouts will demand a lot from you and will take you out of your comfort zone.
After the award ceremony, a subsequent "get together" is not excluded.
