Divisions: RX and Scaled
WOD 1: "Livin' on a Prayer"
6 Minutes to Build to Heaviest Weight for the Following Complex as a Team with 1 Barbell:
1 Deadlift
1 Hang Power Clean
1 Power Clean
1 Thrusters
1 Front Squat
-Rest 2 Minutes
3 Minute AMRAP:
Bar Muscle Ups/ Pullups
*Complex must be executed unbroken
*Score is combined weight
*One athlete works at a time.

Complete 500 Reps For Time:

-20 Minute Time Cap
-Minimum of 50 Reps Required for Each Movement
-Teams may strategize and break up movements however they would like to complete the 500 reps.
**Scaled Division:
Burpee Box Step Overs Allowed

Registration begins 7/16/2021 and closes 8/20/21.
Athletes will be able to substitute a competitor if nded, but no refunds will be allowed.
