About This Competition

Join us on Saturday May 3rd for this one day event.  Registration will be open to all on Competition Corner starting on Friday March 21st with an entry fee of $100.  

Workouts will be released the week beginning March 24th with videos demonstrating the flow and movement standards of each workout released on our IG page @crossfitsantabarbara.

Entry fees are non-refundable.

Divisions include:

- Teens (14-17) M/F

- Scaled M/F

- RX M/F

- Scaled Masters 35+ (weight and gymnastics concessions for 55+) M/F

- Masters 35+ (weight and gymnastics concessions for 55+) M/F


As we get closer to the event, we will release more detailed information on athlete registration, vendors, prizes, parking and of course we will announce the workouts including movement standards that will be posted to our social media.

Teens 14-17:  This is a fun division aimed at introducing teens to competition.  It is designed for the beginner to intermediate level athlete.  Volume and loading scaled in accordance with Teens Open standards


Scaled: You have foundational level gymnastics skills, understand how to safely complete Olympic lifts and know how to push yourself through a challenging workout.  Previous CrossFit experience is mandatory in order to compete 


Masters 35+:  We will have both scaled and RX categories.  Loading and skill levels in line with typical Open standards.  Athletes over 55 will get modified loading and gymnastics


RX: You can do it all!  Or maybe most of it and are willing to get out there and give it your all.  If you did the Open RX then give this a go!!
