WOD #1

AMRAP 7 G2OH

As many reps as possible from ground to overhead (snatch and or clean and jerk...partners can choose whatever lift they want to to get the bar from the ground to the OH position).

Each team will have 2 minutes to load the bar and find a working weight. After the two minutes is up, the weight can no longer be changed and each team will then have 5 minutes to accumulate as many reps as possible going from ground to overhead. You can alternate partners whenever you need to...but no more than 5 in a row for one partner. Your score is the number of completed reps multiplied by the weight on the bar.

Minimum weight on the bar is men 95# and women 65#.

100/75 (Male/Female) calories on the Assault Bike*

Then
2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20.....
Hang Power Cleans 135/95 (Rx) 95/65 (Scaled)
