The Hillbilly Throwdown is an individual RX and mixed pairs Scaled competition. 

Gaurenteed to be a real test for all athletes.

Workouts will be released 10-7 days before the competition starts.

Every 90 sec x 9 min (6 lifts)
Ski 10/7 cal 
Hit x 1 Squat snatch 


Weights: 
60/70/80/90/100/Athletes choice *Max weight wins
45/50/55/60/65/Athletes choice


**Judge or assistant must change weights
** Min work requirement - you must ski every round
**If you fail a weight you can repeat it the next round

Starting at min 10, finishing at min 22 (12 min TC for 3b)

Run 1200m (relay style 200m) 

DB goblet lunges 100m (15/10kg)

Max weight clean and jerk

*can be split anyway, but athlete must complete the full round of deadlifts and burpees over bar before switching with athlete on rower, cannot switch mid-round
